1. Agreement
These Terms apply to every visitor, student, and customer. Extra details on a product page (price, inclusions, government fees, and checkout) are part of that order. If a product page is more specific than this document, the product page controls for that purchase.

3. What Is Free
For enrolled (paid) course students, the following are included at no extra university fee:
- Live practical Zoom classes — free. There is no separate live-class charge.
- Hunted products providing — free. Product-hunting support given to enrolled students is not billed as a separate product.
Class schedule, seats, and how hunted products are delivered may change. Free access does not include third-party Zoom, Amazon, supplier, or advertising costs you choose to spend on your own business.
4. Courses & Payment
- Main course enrollment is typically USD 297 with lifetime access to pre-recorded lessons, as stated on the FAQ and checkout.
- Damazon and real-estate programs are sold on their own pages. Pay the amount shown at checkout for that program.
- Optional monthly account management (where offered): USD 1,000.
- Course videos are pre-recorded unless labeled as a live Zoom session.
- Digital course delivery does not require physical shipment.
- Course fees are non-refundable unless we confirm a written exception.
5. Formation Services — No University Service Fee
Shahid Anwar University charges no service fee for company formation or trademark filing assistance, including:
- USA LLC formation (/form-you-usa-llc)
- USA trademark filing (/file-your-usa-trademark and related trademark pages)
Amounts shown on those pages (for example Virginia LLC filing / registered-agent package, or USPTO filling fees) are government, state, IRS, USPTO, registered-agent, and/or platform fees paid by the student — not a university markup. Those fees are already listed on the product page you purchase.
We prepare and file or guide the filing. We are not a law firm, CPA, or bank. Government processing times (Virginia SCC, IRS, USPTO) are outside our control.
6. Government & Platform Fees
When you purchase any university service, government and platform fees that apply to that service are already mentioned on that product page. You are responsible for paying them as shown there (or separately where the page says they are paid to the government or a third party).
Examples already disclosed on product pages include:
- State LLC filing, registered-agent, and IRS EIN-related costs on the LLC page
- USPTO / trademark filling fees on trademark pages
- SEVIS I-901, visa/MRV, tuition, embassy, and other government or school fees on the student-visa page (those are not included in the university support fee)
- Carrier, mailbox, bank, or government fees on the international phone / address / bank page, if any
Platforms (Amazon, Shopify, banks, Zoom, USPTO, state agencies) set their own rules and prices. We do not control those fees.

Bank-account assistance is guidance only. Bank approval is not guaranteed.
8. Member Hub & Access
The member hub, course player, and community are for paid enrolled students. Unpaid visitors who open hub or lesson URLs do not receive members-only content. They are shown a payment message and directed to the locked checkout for enrollment.
Keep your login private. Password sharing may result in account suspension. Access is provided on Apple, Android, Mac, Windows, Chromebook, and common browsers after a successful paid sign-in.
9. Account Management
Where monthly account management is part of your plan, we may track dashboards and share sales reports. You remain responsible for your seller accounts, inventory, ads, and legal compliance. Keep credentials confidential.
10. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate registration, application, and contact information
- Follow site rules, community guidelines, and applicable laws
- Not copy, screen-record, resell, or redistribute course or digital content
- Not share your password or allow unauthorized access
- Pay government and platform fees that apply to any service you order
- Use materials for personal learning and authorized business use only
11. Digital Content Ownership
Courses, videos, eBooks, prompt libraries, hunted-product lists, branding, and related content belong to Shahid Anwar University and its licensors. Unauthorized sharing or commercial redistribution may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
12. Refund Policy
University payments are 100% non-refundable (course fees, digital products, consulting, visa support, and setup assistance), unless we give a written exception.
Government, USPTO, state, IRS, school, bank, and platform fees are charged by those organizations. Their refund rules — not ours — apply to those amounts.
13. Third-Party Websites
The homepage may link to independent shops and partners (for example bookstores, product brands, Jungle Scout, Robinhood, or WhatsApp). Those sites have their own terms, prices, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for purchases you make there.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shahid Anwar University is not responsible for:
- Third-party platform, Zoom, hosting, or technical outages
- Payment gateway, bank, or government processing delays
- Business results, income, Amazon account health, visa outcomes, bank approvals, or trademark registrations
- Actions taken based on educational content
Content is for education and document-assistance only. It is not legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals before those decisions.

16. Changes to Terms
