Order processing

NUTRAVESSA Advanced Hair Growth Complex is available to order now. Orders are charged at checkout and typically process promptly for shipment from Virginia, USA.

United States

We ship from Virginia, USA. Available shipping options and their prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

International shipping

We ship retail orders to most countries. Carrier options (such as USPS International and DHL Express) and live shipping rates for your address are calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery dates shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are unable to ship to countries or regions subject to U.S. trade sanctions or embargoes. If your country is not listed at checkout, we cannot currently ship there.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, VAT/GST, sales taxes, brokerage or clearance fees charged by the destination country or the carrier. Unless shown as collected at checkout, these charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient. Refused or abandoned shipments due to unpaid duties or taxes may not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs.

Import restrictions and destination requirements

Rules for importing dietary supplements differ by country. Some countries restrict or prohibit certain ingredients, limit personal-import quantities, or require permits, registrations or documentation. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that the product can be lawfully imported into their country before ordering. NUTRAVESSA does not guarantee that its products may be imported into every country, and we are not responsible for shipments seized, delayed, destroyed or returned by customs authorities.

Delays

Customs processing, carrier capacity, weather, holidays and other events outside our control can delay delivery. We will help you track your package, but we cannot control carrier or customs timelines.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale cases (100 bottles) ship by freight. U.S. wholesale freight is quoted and invoiced separately after the order is placed. International wholesale orders are quoted manually and must be arranged with us before ordering; the buyer is responsible for import compliance, customs, duties and taxes in the destination country.
