Who we are
Shahid Anwar Trademark is offered by Shahid Anwar University / Shahid Anwar LLC. We provide trademark filing preparation and coordination support. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. For complex conflicts, office actions, or litigation, consult a licensed US trademark attorney.
Services & fees
Published packages include a trademark service fee (currently $325 on listed pages) and a separate USPTO filing fee (currently $325 where shown). Government fees are set by the USPTO and may change. You are responsible for confirming totals before payment. Extra USPTO fees (additional classes, statements, etc.) are your responsibility unless explicitly included.
Your information
You must provide accurate owner details, addresses, brand names, and goods/services categories. Incorrect information can delay or jeopardize your application. You authorize us to use submitted data to process your request and communicate with you.
No guarantee of registration
USPTO approval is not guaranteed. Examining attorneys may refuse or require amendments. Timelines depend on the USPTO. We do not control government decisions.
What is not included
Unless agreed in writing, services do not include responding to office actions, opposition proceedings, monitoring, enforcement, Madrid/international filings, or unlimited revisions after submission.
Payments & refunds
Payment terms are shown at checkout or on the application flow. USPTO fees paid on your behalf may be non-refundable once submitted to the government. Service fee refund requests are handled per our published refund policy and the stage of work completed. Contact support with your application reference.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or USPTO rejections arising from your data or third-party delays. Our liability for a paid service is limited to the trademark service fee you paid for that order.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials are owned by Shahid Anwar University or licensors. You may not copy or scrape the site for competing services without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective version is the one posted on this page with a reasonable notice period for material changes where required.

Where not conflicting, the main site Terms of Service also applies to account use, community rules, and other university products.
